Families
Children of all ages are most welcome. We are parents ourselves and love to have Elemdee bustling with other families. You can relax in comfort knowing that it's not a problem if your children are seen AND heard around the house. Feel free to borrow our baby bath, toddler steps, high chair and Bumbo seat. Bathe your little ones with our complimentary Johnson & Johnson toiletries. Keep your baby milk or other foodstuffs in our guests' fridge and warm them when you want to in our guests' microwave.
Muddy Boots
We love the outdoors ourselves and know how important a good 'base camp' is when you've been out and about all day. Get inspired for your day out reading our guide books and checking out our maps; then fill your flask from the tea point in the guest lounge before you head out for your adventures. When you get back, feel free to use our drying room, have a relaxing bath or shower, or perhaps warm up with a complimentary hot drink in the guest lounge.
Flexibility
Everyone is welcome at Elemdee. We can accommodate couples or groups of friends, and we welcome children from babies to teenagers. Late check outs are sometimes available, so you have time to come back to Elemdee for a bite to eat or to freshen up before you head home. If you need help arranging anything during your stay - somewhere to eat, something to do, onward travel - just ask, we would be delighted to help.
Home Comforts
We know that small children (and some adults!) don't want to be out and about all day every day. At Elemdee, you are welcome to come back during the day and chill out in the guest lounge. Let your little ones have a nap while you relax with a hot drink and take in the view. Or if there's some energy left, you are welcome to watch one of our movies, read our books, play our board games, or perhaps do some drawing with the kids.
